As SEDA's Head of Business Development, Ron Madden assists in identifying expert and advisory services for leading law firms, government agencies, and corporations. He has more than twenty years of expertise in helping clients in choosing the best experts relevant to matters in the litigation area of antitrust, bankruptcy, financial services, insurance coverage, and securities fraud, among others.
Ron Madden has served in the field of litigation and trial support as a consultant and business development leader for more than two decades. He has helped clients develop and test case themes through focus groups and mock trials; worked to improve the effectiveness of witnesses in deposition and at trial; provided trial presentation technology; as well as expert witness services.
He has secured retention and/or worked on hundreds of cases in the litigation areas of antitrust, bankruptcy, financial services, insurance coverage, and securities fraud, among others.
Ron has also delivered CLE programs on trial presentations for US and Canadian law firms, corporate legal departments, bar associations, and judges, and, in the UK, for solicitors, barristers, and high court justices.

Demonstrative evidence and courtroom support for a cross-border trial over the distribution of $9B (USD) in assets of the estate of a former Canadian telecom company that took place, simultaneously, via the electronic connection between courtrooms in Wilmington, DE, and Toronto, Canada
Demonstrative evidence and courtroom support for an international arbitration between two wealthy Kuwaiti brothers over the distribution of $5B (USD) in assets from their father’s estate
Demonstrative evidence for all four defense teams in the securities fraud class action trial of a French conglomerate and its senior executives

Prior to entering the field of trial support services, Ron was a professional opera and Broadway singer. He lives in New York City and the Hudson Valley with his wife and three cats.
