Thomas Bohan Joins SEDA as General Counsel, Bringing Decades of In-House Experience

New York, NY, November 25, 2025 - SEDA Experts LLC, a leading expert witness firm providing world-class financial expert witness services, announced today that Thomas Bohan joined the firm as General Counsel.

Tom Bohan brings extensive in-house experience, having held senior legal positions at IBM and Dell, and having served as Acting General Counsel for Store Operations at The Home Depot.
He now serves as General Counsel to emerging growth companies in SaaS software, technology products, and business consulting. Tom earned his undergraduate degree at Fordham University and his law degree at Georgetown University.
He is a member of the State Bars of New York, Texas, and Georgia, and lives in Atlanta, Georgia.
