Mr. Krishnamurthy’s experience includes income-generating niche assets such as intellectual property royalties, digital media assets, aircraft leasing and other financial assets.

Mr. Krishnamurthy previously served as Managing Director and Senior Advisor at Metropolitan Partners Group, where he led the investment team and served on the firm’s Management and Investment Committees. During his tenure, he originated and deployed more than $300 million in corporate special situations and niche asset investments.

He also helped expand the firm’s investment activities across specialty finance, residential and medical real estate, manufactured housing, digital media, mobile gaming and intellectual property royalties. His experience with alternative and niche investments includes financing the acquisition and monetization of literary IP catalogs, investments in the aggregation and optimization of YouTube channels, growth and user-acquisition financing for mobile gaming businesses, aircraft leasing, tax lien and real estate bridge lending, and other specialty finance strategies. His experience includes investment origination, credit underwriting, transaction structuring, financial and commercial due diligence, valuation, portfolio monitoring, fundraising and investor relations.

Earlier, Mr. Krishnamurthy served as a Principal at Caxton Alternative Management, where he helped establish the private investment operations of the family office of Caxton Associates founder Bruce Kovner. His work included co-investments, thematic fund investments, strategic partnerships and investment manager seeding transactions.

He subsequently served as a Principal at Paragon Outcomes Management, where he originated and executed more than $225 million in investments across specialty finance, real estate, transportation, aircraft leasing, renewable energy and power.

Mr. Krishnamurthy previously held investment roles at Greenbriar Equity Group and Veritas Capital, focusing on private equity transactions across transportation, aerospace, defence and government technology. He began his private equity career at Bain Capital and started his career in the Healthcare Investment Banking Group at Goldman Sachs.

Mr. Krishnamurthy currently serves as Co-President of VeltHome Partners, an investment firm focused on the manufactured housing community sector. In addition, through Arshan Capital, Mr. Krishnamurthy invests in and advises on specialty finance, real estate, alternative credit, and other niche assets. He holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and an AB magna cum laude from Harvard College, where he was elected to Phi Beta Kappa.
