Mr. Perrett has extensive expertise in structured finance, securitization, private credit, institutional capital raising, debt advisory, and the structuring of mezzanine and hybrid capital solutions.

Mr. Perrett currently serves as CEO of Private Credit, Head of Institutional Capital, and Managing Director of Infrastructure at AllCap Securities. In these roles, he leads the origination, structuring, and execution of complex private capital transactions, develops bespoke financing solutions, and manages relationships with domestic and international institutional investors.

Previously, Mr. Perrett held senior leadership roles at the Commonwealth Bank of Australia, including Head of Financial Institutions Advisory and Head of Financial Institutions Coverage for global insurers, pension funds, and asset managers. He also served as Head of Financial Institutions Deal Advisory for Asia at the Royal Bank of Scotland, where he advised on large-scale debt, securitization, and balance sheet optimization transactions across multiple jurisdictions.

Earlier in his career, Mr. Perrett worked in advisory at PricewaterhouseCoopers, supporting financial services and infrastructure clients on technical accounting, corporate advisory, valuations, IPO preparation, and regulatory compliance matters. He led PwC’s technical accounting work relating to the implementation of IFRS IAS 39 and completed extended secondments with several major Australian institutions.
Cameron is also Co-Founder and Director of Perrett Evans, a boutique corporate finance advisory firm focused on M&A, capital structure, and debt advisory matters.

He is a Qualified Chartered Accountant and holds a Bachelor of Business in Accountancy from RMIT University. He also serves in governance and advisory roles, including as a Director of the Sir William Tyree Foundation and a member of RMIT University’s Industry Advisory Board.
