During his 12-year tenure at UBS, Mr. Roy contributed significantly across the Investment Bank and Wealth Management Divisions. His notable achievements include spearheading the design and implementation of the revised US Rates Strategy post UBS Group's strategic restructuring. As a key member of the Foreign Exchange, Rates & Credit (FRC) Executive Committee, he wielded influence as the Senior FRC executive in the Americas, overseeing critical aspects such as business strategy, budgetary allocations, personnel management, client relationships, and regulatory affairs.

With the establishment of UBS Global Markets, Mr. Roy assumed the mantle of Global Co-Head of Fixed Income Trading, commanding operations across The Americas, Europe, and Asia. Concurrently, he assumed responsibility for managing trading and execution teams within UBS Financial Services (Wealth Management) while spearheading the establishment of a new Municipal Bond Sales and Trading Operation.

Prior to his tenure at UBS, Mr. Roy accrued 14 years of experience at Barclays Capital, where he honed his expertise in trading and portfolio risk management for Interest Rate Products across USD, EUR, and GBP markets in London and New York. His proficiency extended to an array of products including government bonds, inflation-linked instruments, interest rate swaps, and a notable specialization in Interest Rate Options, both Listed and Over-the-Counter.

Beyond his professional endeavors, Mr. Roy has contributed his expertise to the governance of various organizations, having served as a board member of Tradeweb Markets Inc and UBS Securities LLC (Broker Dealer). Currently, he holds a board position at the Northside Center for Child Development, a nonprofit organization based in Harlem, NY.
